Reading your P&L breakdown

See gross, net, fees, and commission on every trade.

Every trade shows a full breakdown so you can see exactly what it made or cost, before and after costs.

  • The breakdown. Each trade row has a popover showing gross (before costs), fees, commission, and net (what you actually keep).

  • Gross or net. A toggle switches the journal between gross and net, and your P&L card shows dollar values.

  • Make a P&L card. Each row has a "Generate P&L Card" action, in both the journal and the terminal, so you can create a shareable card without leaving the screen. Sharing and verifying cards is covered in the Social profile and PnL cards collection.

If gross versus net is new to you: gross is your raw result, net is what is left after the broker's fees and commission. Net is the number that actually lands in the account.
