Hyperprop is in open beta. You trade on live, licensed CME data, and Hyperprop covers the cost of that feed. In return, the team relies on feedback from traders actually using it. A lot of what has shipped came straight from beta reports, and some fixes have gone out the same day they were reported.
Where to send feedback
Feedback runs through the Hyperprop Discord, and every report reaches the dev team.
bug-reports. Something broken. Include screenshots or a recording, the steps to reproduce it, and what you expected versus what happened.
feature-requests. Ideas to make the platform better, big or small.
performance-reports. Anything slow or unresponsive. Include what you were doing, your setup, and how often it happens.
general-chat. Day-to-day talk with other traders.
