When you buy an evaluation or a funded account from a prop firm, the firm creates the account in Hyperprop and sends you a one-time import key. Redeeming that key attaches the account to your login. Until you redeem it, the account is not connected to you.
A key looks like this: HP-7K3QF-9XT2M-4WHRD
Redeem your key
Sign in to Hyperprop. If you do not have a login yet, create one first. Use the account you intend to keep, because the link is permanent.
Open Trading Accounts.
Choose the option to import an account with a key and paste the key exactly as your firm sent it, including the dashes.
Confirm. The account appears in your accounts grid with its current status.
One account, one login, permanently
An account attaches to exactly one Hyperprop login, and that link is permanent by design. It exists so a single trader identity cannot be spread across several logins. Redeem the key on the login you intend to keep using.
If you genuinely lose access to that login the link can be moved, but it is handled case by case. Start with your firm, because they own your account record.
If the key does not work
Paste, do not retype. A single wrong character will reject the key.
Keys are single use. Once a key has been redeemed it cannot be used again, including on a different login.
Your firm may have reissued it. If they unlinked the account before you started trading, the old key stops working and a new one is generated. Ask your firm for the current key.
Where keys come from
Your firm issues the key from its own systems after you buy. Hyperprop builds the platform you trade on, but it does not sell evaluations and does not take your payment. Anything about pricing, refunds, resets or which account you were given is a question for your firm.
